Ana Fernandez is a Spanish actress. Her most recent appearance was Carlota in her role on the Netflix series Cable Girls. Ana Kristina Gasteyer, an American actor and singer, is also a comic. The actress became well-known for her stint as a star on the NBC Sketch Comedy Series Saturday Night Live. She has since starred in such sitcoms as ABC's Suburgatory and TBS's People of Earth, NBC's American Auto and the film Mean Girls. Gasteyer was first a vocal major in the vocal department at Northwestern University, and later switched her attention to studying theater when she joined the improv troupe on campus. The spirit of the group has been carried throughout her various support roles, including the incredibly controlled Sheila Shay (agent), on Lady Dynamite, as well as on Suburgatory's Sheila Shay. This all leads the premiere of American Auto, the NBC sitcom that finally gives Ana Gasteyer the starring role she's always deserved. The most notable thing about her is her time as a cast part of the NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live from 1996 through 2002.
