Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn was born in the United States. Her best-known role is Skyler White on Breaking Bad, an AMC Drama Breaking Bad, for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and 2014 for Outstanding Supporting actress in a Drama Series. She performed the roles of Jean Ward and Martha Bullock and Martha Bullock, respectively, on The Practice. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell attracted to acting during preparation for her first performance before moving to Ohio. She attended the British American Drama Academy and took classes in theatre through Northwestern University. Anna started her acting career with Chicago-area theaters for a few years. Then she moved to TV and film. Anna was cast as Arden in the TV show Down the Shore in the 29-episode series Down the Shore. The actress continued to make appearances as an actor in number of television shows and films including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue until the late 90's when she appeared in a regular role as Jean Ward in The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood during two complete seasons. Skyler played Martha Bullock in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully was one of her characters. Gunn was also on the stage starring in the David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. Gunn was in the role of Numbered Days, which is a four-part audio show that premiered that will air in 2022. Breaking Bad revolves around Walter White's wedding to Skyler. Walter White's life story as well as the stress on his relationship with Skyler can be seen in the show.
